Why does my product require special handling?
Due to dimensional weight, certain products require special freight quotes. By contacting email@example.com, a specific freight quote will be provided
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact Best of Everything (BOE) at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can file a claim on your behalf. If possible, report damage to delivery driver and note on delivery receipt and take a photo of damaged merchandise. Please retain damaged material, as an inspection is often required when a claim is filed.
What do I do if I do not receive all merchandise I ordered?
Check your tracking number to confirm all boxes have been delivered, as some multiple box shipments may arrive on separate days. If/when all boxes have been delivered and you have not received all of the merchandise ordered, contact Best of Everything (BOE) at email@example.com within 3 days.
What do I do if I receive defective merchandise?
Contact Best of Everything (BOE) at firstname.lastname@example.org. Retain defective merchandise. Product inspection and/or lot numbers may be required to verify defective merchandise prior to issuing a credit or shipping replacement merchandise.
Do you accept returns?
To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All requests for returns must be within 30 days of order shipment. Contact email@example.com to determine if your shipment qualifies for return. You will be responsible for return freight costs.
